"We purchased our in the Waverly community in September of 2001 when it was in the early stages of being built as a spec home by Eddie Fort.  Although we loved the location, we were reluctant to commit to a home that was barely more than a foundation. Eddie understood our concern and made arrangements with the owners of a similar home he had built to give us a tour. We were very impressed by that home, by the positive relationship Eddie had with his former customers, and by the obvious pride he took in pointing out the detail and craftsmanship of the construction. We were convinced that we could put our faith in him, and we have never regretted that decision.

Eddie completed our home even earlier than he had projected. Throughout the construction process he was attentive to our concerns, willing to make adjustments, and unfailingly reliable. He kept us advised of progress and honored every commitment he made to us – from the small (such as, “I’ll meet you at 9:00 a.m. ”) to the large (such as, “I guarantee you will be happy with finished product).  We found that everyone involved in the process of building our home – workers, suppliers, designers, financial institutions, etc, held him in high regard. We heard nothing but good things about Eddie as a builder.

When we decided to build an addition to our home in 2005, Eddie was the only builder we considered. Once again, he took great pride in his work. In fact, he candidly advised us that our initial drawings of the addition would look too much like an afterthought, and he was convinced it could be designed to appear as part of the original construction. He recommended and then worked with another designer who created a new plan that was far superior to our original.  We were thrilled with the finished product. Thanks to Eddie, the addition turned out to be even better than we had envisioned. Once again, as in the original construction, he oversaw every detail, responded to our questions, and addressed every issue until we were satisfied."
